Yorkshire 3 Peaks Guided Walk
Put your resilience and stamina to the test on this epic, classic and guided route in Yorkshire, taking on the counties three highest peaks. This will certain put you to the test both physically and mentally over the course of the 10-14 hours it will take, depending on group pace.

Join SUP & Summit on this guided walk along this famous 24.5 mile circuit, taking in the 3 highest peaks in Yorkshire. Every year, thousands set themselves this challenge, aiming to complete it in under 12 hours - which, of course, requires an early start!  There is no pressure to complete within 12 hours, we will journey at our group pace. We will stop as often as we need to, usually dictated by the weather!
Starting from a small village called Horton-in-Ribblesdale at 7am, we will head towards our first summit - Ingleborough, 4.5 miles from the start. After a short but steep descent, we will stop for a re-fuel. We will then head to the highest of the 3 summits - Whernside - reached by a steep slope. Once descended, we will wander across rolling fields towards the finale - Pen Y Ghent. Once summitted, we will walk back down to our starting point with a swagger, pleased as punch with our achievements!
There are many companies which provide guidance for this event and it is not unusual to see their groups consist of up to 100 people. For this challenge, SUP & Summit groups will be limited to 6.
Prior to the event, you will be advised about nutrition and hydration requirements on the day and have the opportunity to improve your fitness on other SUP & Summit events.

How to pay:SUP & Summit ask that you pay for your activity or voucher by bank transfer as this method does not incur any charges. Companies such as PayPal take up to 3% of every transaction made and therefore, absorbing these fees means that we have to charge more for our activities or have bigger groups - something we obviously want avoid.
