Whether you are new to hillwalking and want to improve your fitness, balance, co-ordination or are more experienced and looking to bag some of the UK's highest peaks, our carefully planned guided walks are a fun way to enjoy the hills and mountains, whilst under the watchful eye of a qualified and experienced female mountain leader.
SUP & Summit offer guided walks for all abilities, predominantly in the Lake District and North Wales (Denbighshire and Snowdonia) although, we do pay Ben Lomond in Scotland a regular visit.
We offer taster hillwalking events (approx 3-4 hours) for those that are new to hillwalking or want to build up their fitness, as well as full day mountain guided walks. We even offer the Yorkshire 3 Peaks (24 miles) and part of the Offas Dyke path (17.5 miles) for those that really fancy a challenge!
We pride ourselves on small group sizes, with numbers limited to eight on a taster day and six on a mountain event, making events much more manageable and less intimidating for customers.
A warm welcome and a friendly, supportive atmosphere is guaranteed (which you will help to create), irrespective of your sex or age, though to date, our customers have tended to be female and over 40 years of age. Our eldest regular is due to turn 70 this year! You really do not have any excuse not to come along!
Travel is not included in the price - you may be able to arrange car-sharing with other participants
